In the lead up to the busy festive season it is good to pause a while and remember that we all have a lot to be thankful for. We took that time and celebrated TCI Thanksgiving 2017 with a delicious lunch and time together.
Following the Hurricanes that devastated the TCI in September we have a lot to be thankful for!
Our PTA kindly provided an excellent traditional Thanksgiving turkey lunch for the entire school in order to celebrate Turks and Caicos Islands, USA and Canadian Thanksgiving.
The children prepared colourful and creative table covers with inspirational ‘thanksgiving’ quotes and the kindergarten classes made beautiful hats. The delicious menu included roast turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy and corn.
The children were served lunch by parent volunteers.
