Today, the ISTCI students had the pleasure of listening to author Jill Pietroburgo, who is visiting the Turks and Caicos Islands. Mrs. Pietroburg is an educator from Missouri. She shared with our students the book that she has just written and published, "Sometimes Grandma Calls Me Jean." It follows the lives of Grace and her grandma as Grace learns about dementia. Our students enjoyed listening to the story and asking Mrs. Pietroburg questions.
