Held at Nursery School ISTCI with Mariss and Ed Shearer

As part of our free Workshop Series for ISTCI Term 3 held at the Nursery School of ISTCI, we welcome everyone in the community to the learn new relaxation techniques at ‘Acupressure & a Gentle Birth’ Workshop' - Wednesday 11th May at 6pm with Marisa and Ed Shearer. Everyone is welcome to attend a free workshop designed for couples to learn these acupressure points as well as deep relaxation techniques to mentally prepare the mind and body for a gentle birth. Marisa Shearer, Certified Yoga Teacher & Edward Shearer, Licensed Acupuncturist at Grace Bay Integrative Health Centre.
