Super Science Since September

Science at International School has been very busy and fun filled since September! MAGIC BEANS Beautiful bean seeds: Grade 3 have learnt about how plants grow: we've seen seeds germinate and we know what's necessary for seeds to grow!! They are now looking at the body, digestion, the skeleton and we even did a squeeze test; we know who's the strongest in Grade 3!! pics sent to you just now. BUZZING WITH ENERGY! Grade 4 have been electrical engineers and studies circuits in detail!! We know about safety in circuits, how to make lights brighter and dimmer and also electrical circuit symbols... Grade 4 can draw circuits amazingly! HELP I'M  MELTING! Grade 5 are now working on Changing State - we know what causes condensation and evaporation. We can identify changing state and explain how we use evaporation - where do all the puddles go? Ask Grade 4! WHAT ANGLE OF INCIDENCE?Grade 6 have been looking at Cells - animal and plant cells, special cells and vey importantly, organs and organ systems.The Grade 6 class are now investigating Light and Shadows and know how the Angle of Incidence links in with the Angle of Reflection.Get your protractors out and get measuring!
