The Grade 3 class had an amazing first term!  We had so much fun taking part in a fun filled variety of activities. In all my years of teaching Grade 3 ; the students are always so eager to make their Egyptian masks.  First we use plaster to mould our mask. The next phase is to mount the mask onto a box and then cut it into the shape pharaoh's mask.  Next , we paint our masks in gold and then add our detailed features to create the mask of King Tut. We have displayed these magnificent pieces of art work in our room and will keep it on display for the next term !   The Grade 3 class did an amazing job at the Christmas play. We represented Australia and had the most fun doing so !  "Let's throw a  shrimp on the Barbie."  What a way to spend Christmas !
