Our after school activity programme (clubs) starts up on Monday 23rd April for all children from SK – Grade 6, lasting for a period of 6 weeks. Please note that we are now introducing JK children to our programme, with Ms. Clark’s Music & Movement Club. As usual, our team goal for this programme is to provide a variety of activities that will offer interest, stimulation and fun for all children. As your children learn new skills outside the classroom, they will enjoy the satisfaction of seeing a group ‘product’ during the activity programme. We strongly encourage all children to participate in our programme to enhance the full school experience. Children are also encouraged to participate in more than one activity during the week, should they choose to do so. Each club has a charge of $7 per club / per session, with a charge of $8 per session for cooking, so that the costs of ingredients are covered. Please take time to read through our selection of activities offered for this term and complete the consent form, attached. Completed returns must be made no later than the start of the club week, so please do act quickly! I must also highlight to all families with TODDLERS that our regular Parent / Toddler Group will be hosted on Mondays at 3.15pm (1 hour), with Mrs. Delia Taylor and Ms. Barbara Francis. Please inform all your friends around the various toddler groups to check out our soft play room, playground and fun! There is a cost of $10 per session and we ask that advance payments be made with our School Office. An exciting activity each week! If there is a parent out there with a specialism to offer and you wish to join in the club programme for our children please do come in to talk with me, I’d be delighted to make sure that you are included. Please make all payments, in advance and upon registration, to The Ashcroft School and remember Clubs begin on Monday.
