During Art sessions with Mr. Williams, students from Grades 1-3 learnt how to use different forms of media to create collages.

Collage is often thought of as an archetypally modern artistic technique. The word – from the French verb coller, meaning “to stick”.

Collage describes both the technique and the resulting work of art in which pieces of paper, photographs, fabric and other ephemera are arranged and stuck down onto a supporting surface.
