Last week, Grade 1 were given a wonderful opportunity to participate in a morning at the wonderful Provo Gymnastics Academy!
They were very excited about this trip!
On arrival, the children were introduced to what gymnastics is, guided in some warm-up stretches and were then given expert guidance on how to use each piece of equipment by the coach.
With the teacher coaching, each child was able to complete every station and they were soon able to independently use the stations, even aiding one another!
It was a fantastic morning and many came away wanting to do more!
