It has been an awesome first term! And oh what fun we’ve had. Playing and learning goes hand in hand. There is not one without the other. Grade 2 can attest to this!

Now, we are nearing the end of this wonderful term and getting ready for a great festive season. Without a doubt, come next term we will start all over again. Ready and rearing to tackle the new tasks and challenges that lie ahead. We will continue to share our wonderful experiences as we develop a little more.

Amazing Artwork!

It was great to discover some artistic talents as kids created beautiful pieces of art work by Van Gogh and even a portrait of Vincent himself. Their architectural skills came alive during the topic of polygons. Students created amazing 2D and 3D representations. Some of which were quite intricate.

Be it silent reading or reading out loud grade 2 are wonderful book lovers who are constantly exploring various forms of literatures. No need to say that the reading centre is quite popular and well utilized in our classroom. Creating memories, discovering, experimenting and investigating  wrapped up with fun makes grade 2 is amazing!!
