April 2016 saw the grand opening of our very own swimming pool. ISTCI stands out as the only school with a swimming pool in Turks and Caicos. In addition, this is the largest training sized swimming pool on the island!
In September 2017 Grade 7 was successfully launched and the start of Middle School years to our school. We are very excited to present the next stage in learning and growth to our school.
In September 2018 we opened our BRAND NEW, PURPOSE BUILT facility for our Middle School for Grades 7, 8 and 9.

Whilst we do strive for the highest in academic standards, we do very much look to the development of the whole child. We pride ourselves on developing children’s confidence in many different areas; ensuring that they are able to leave us as creative, considerate and aware human beings who are able to think critically and have the knowledge and skills necessary to become effective global citizens.
In addition to our excellent and well-qualified teaching staff, we have a number of fantastic specialist teachers and teaching assistants who work across the school supporting and enhancing children’s learning. All of these staff are dedicated to providing pupils with quality learning opportunities and take immense pride in their work and in doing the best job they can to achieve the highest standards for our students. We are resolute in our commitment to seeing our children develop a love of learning.

At a management level, we are not complacent about the future and are committed to continuing to raise standards and provide effective, inspiring education for all of our children.
We will continue to have high expectations and are keen to move the school forward, building on those successes. We hope that the close cooperation and partnership between school and home will enhance and support our children’s development throughout these important years.
The stars of our school are, of course, the children themselves. Very few visitors fail to comment on their politeness, energy and enthusiasm! I feel very privileged and proud to lead their learning – they deserve the best.
