My name is Rachel and I teach Senior Kindergarten. I hold a Bachelor of Arts from NJIT & Rutgers University in the USA and a Graduate Diploma in Primary Education from La Trobe University in Australia. I have taught young children in the USA, South Korea, and Australia and through these experiences, I have developed a love for teaching and the learning process. I moved to the Turks and Caicos Islands from Canada with my husband and two children, who are also students at The International School. Becoming a mother was the greatest educational experience for me, and watching my children grow and succeed in school while nurturing their own unique learning styles are aspects that I include in my classroom. I believe that a lifelong love for learning begins at an early age, and it is my job as an educator to make the classroom a warm, fun, and fulfilling educational experience for my students.
